Friday 4pm -9pm
Saturday 10am-7pm
Sunday 10am -5pm

Table information is as follows:

Price: $310 per table 

Table includes:
One six foot skirted table (6ft x 4ft area)
2 chairs
Two (2) Exhibitor wristbands
(additional exhibitor wristbands may be purchased for $20 each)
Candy to give out on Sunday for the Trick or Treat Event
Wifi included

Electric by request

Tables are limited and on a first come first serve basis

Payment
Payment is Via Paypal
and is required within 1 week of approval notification
An invoice will be sent to the email provided

Rules and regulations;
•No backdrops, large signs or displays over 8 feet will be allowed
•Artists displays are required to stay within their tables lines
•Artist are responsible to have proper Az tax license for sale of their art
•Artist are responsible for acquiring the legal copyright licenses for licensed character art
•Artist are responsible for acquiring insurance for your art
•Artists Assemble is not liable for lost or stolen art, secure your items when away from your table or after closing
•Artist are required to be at their tables during convention hours
•Refunds for tables are not available
