Rules and regulations;
•Exhibitor displays are required to stay within their tables lines
•Exhibitors are responsible to have proper Glendale Az tax license for sale of their art/items
•Exhibitors are responsible for acquiring the legal copyright licenses for licensed character art
•Exhibitors are responsible for acquiring insurance for your art/items
•Artists Assemble is not liable for lost or stolen art, secure your items 

when away from your table
•Exhibitors are required to be at their tables during convention hours
•NO REFUNDS for tables/booths NO EXCEPTIONS
