Vendor tables are on a first-come, first-served basis

(2025 Sold out so be sure to grab yours early!)

Early Bird Table Price: $300

Includes 6ft x 4ft area, 1- 6ft table with linens, 2 chairs, 2 wristbands,

wifi, candy for Sundays Trick or Treat event

Booth Price: $600

Includes 10ft x 10ft area, 1- 6ft table with linens, 2 chairs, 2 wristbands

wifi, candy for Sundays Trick or Treat event

Electricity available by request

*Prices go up March 1st 2026

*Mesa tax ID will be required 30 days before the event date

Payment Options: PayPal / Square (3.9% processing fee applies) or Zelle (no fee)

Rules & Regulations;

•Mesa tax licenses is due 30 days prior to the event date

•Exhibitor displays are required to stay within their tables lines
•Exhibitors are responsible for acquiring the legal copyright licenses for licensed character art
•Exhibitors are responsible for acquiring insurance for your art/items
•Artists Assemble is not liable for lost or stolen art/items, secure your items

when away from your table or after closing
•Exhibitors are required to be at their tables during convention hours
•NO REFUNDS for tables/booths NO EXCEPTIONS
